The Death Note movie was AWESOME!
There was a L cosplayer like two rows in front of us. I REALLY wanted to throw some skittles at him. I think he heard me talking about it though because he moved. @_@
Ryuk was really well animated, and was his crazy, apple-loving self. As I expected the story line didn't follow the anime exactly, but it was fun being surprised that a change of events happened.
The actor that played as L fit him perfectly.
My sister was like, "They should have gotten a cuter actor to play L."
But, L was never supposed to be "cute". The fandom created that. Now everyone thinks he is fluffy and adorable. Being fluffy and adorable is Near's job. :3

I recommend this movie for Death Note lovers. It's actually pretty good for an anime-based movie.
